We kick things off with a discovery call to learn about your goals, audience, content, and campaign priorities. We also get access to your ad accounts (or create them from scratch) and begin auditing everything.
During the first 15 days, we get everything set up for success. This includes installing your tracking pixel, configuring conversion events, and auditing or building out your ad accounts from scratch. We also align on your content strategy — reviewing the assets you have, identifying what might need to be created, and even helping with scripting if needed. From there, we build out your initial prospecting and retargeting campaigns. Nothing goes live until you’ve reviewed and approved the setup, ensuring we launch with clarity and confidence.
Once your campaigns go live, we manage them daily — monitoring performance, optimizing creative and targeting, and making data-driven adjustments. You stay focused on your music — we handle the strategy.
You’ll work directly with your account lead for real-time support. We hold monthly or weekly check-in calls depending on your package, plus live dashboards and reporting breakdowns to keep you in the loop.
At the end of the 60-day campaign period, we step back and evaluate performance together — what worked, what we learned, and where there’s opportunity to scale. At that point, you can choose to transition things in-house with a clean handoff, or continue working with us on a monthly retainer where we remain your strategy and execution team. Either way, you walk away with a fully built system and a clearer path forward for growing your fanbase with paid ads.

We currently run campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Based on your content and goals, we’ll recommend which platforms make the most sense for your budget and audience — and tailor the strategy to fit.
Ideally, you come in with ad-ready content — or something nearly finished. But if not, we’ll help you shape ideas and even write scripts if needed. While we don’t shoot video, we do offer video editing as an optional add-on.
Conversion tracking lets us measure what happens after someone sees or clicks your ad — whether they visit your profile, stream your song, watch a video, or follow you.

Absolutely. You’ll run ads from your own account, and you’ll always retain access to all campaigns, audiences, data, and dashboards. If you choose not to continue after the program ends, we’ll provide best practices and recommendations for managing your account independently — or we can build a custom retainer if you’d like to keep working together.
